Mercure Itajai Navegantes

I checked in after 12 midnight because I wanted to get off the road. It was a last minute booking for myself and my dog. So this was the overnight staff. I was exhausted, and grumpy. The staff were so helpful, it’s not usual to have a dog in a hotel like this. The staff were multi lingual and super professional. Room was nice.

Breakfast good with a lot of variety . The staff speaks very good English. Every thing is clean & new.

I was expecting a regular, tired, business hotel and got a spacious modern place with great views, good food, excellent room service and even some interesting local craft beers. Thoroughly recommended.

Front desk staff was accommodating and breakfast servers were very gracious and friendly each morning.
